The plan includes the following:

• Annual visit to carry out preventative maintenance and catalogue any system upgrades or changes. Adjustment and re-setting of system levels and configuration.
  
• Induction loop testing and certification. (It is a legal requirement to make provision of an induction loop system or similar in many public spaces)
• Telephone support throughout the year. With full details of the exact equipment you have installed our advice can be targeted and accurate, often avoiding the need for an engineer to visit.
  
• Discounts on additional service calls.
• Discounts on service spares.
